Social Studies from K to12 encourages students to be active participants in their local, national and global society. They will explore values, discuss issues, solve problems, make decisions and make connections between their own environment/culture and other cultures/places.

Grade 4-7 classrooms have access to a Saskatchewan Social Studies text that melds First Nations history, culture, prespectives and ways of knowing with those of other people in our multi-cultural nation.
